From May to June 2022, the Quality Improvement Committee was established by Ecoba Vietnam Joint Stock Company and Haseko (Japan) to inspect QIC's projects according to the R&D plan of 2021 at all projects of Ecoba Vietnam.

During these project inspection sessions, the Quality Improvement Committee will focus on evaluating, identifying and offering solutions to reduce quality risks at the project, inspecting and evaluating the effective implementation of the the practices of QIC. Ecoba Vietnam and Haseko exchanged and shared experiences on quality-related issues in construction.

Accordingly, through the actual inspection at the projects, it will be the basis for the Quality Improvement Committee to assess the situation, at the same time identify potential risks and offer solutions to overcome. The actual inspection focused on checking waterproofing, tiling, masonry, plastering, etc. This will help a lot in improving the quality of the works and improving the expertise of the engineers.

The implementation of the R&D projects of 2021 into reality projects will create a premise for Ecoba and Haseko to launch a database of waterproofing, tiling works, etc. to select appropriate construction options, ensuring quality improvement, as well as minimizing risks during construction.
